Just a short note to say thank you for your very professional services provided to the Australian Air Dispatch Association (ADAA) reunion in Saigon and the tours you arranged for us during the two weeks we were in Vietnam. The guides were very good and spoke good english which assisted us very much, they were very knowledgeable about the country and its people. Your charges for the services provided were very modest and much better than those offered by companies based here in Australia.

This is some feedback from our trip to Vietnam.

* Ms Luu Vo - excellent, very keen to help and accommodate us.

* HCMC tour & Mekong Delta - excellent. Tam was a very good guide and is obviously proud of his country and its heritage. Our driver/s were also excellent.

* Hue and Hoi An - our guide Lam, was a very nice person, but his pronounciaton of English was poor and he was difficult to understand. Content of the tour was good and driver was excellent.

* Hanoi - Accommodation was the poorest of our tour, but it was only for one night and it was almost like living in a tube house. Our guide, Long, was excellent.

* All transfers were very good and flights with Vietnam Air was excellent.

* Lunches - they were very good. Two were much the same (Elephant ear fish) and they were both in the Mekong, but they were all of a high standard.

* Cu Chi tour - for my wife, this was a highlight and it was everything she could have wished for because she teaches Vietnamese history.

We were very happy with your service and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other travellers.

My friend, Poon Ee Ping and myself had signed up for a 10 days customised package with TNK Travel in May 2006. We had enjoyed ourselves a lot. TNK Travel had taken good care of us during our trip. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation we had during our stay throughout Vietnam was good. The lunch catered for us were great too.

One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport.

Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious.

All guides were excellent and the service your company provided was of the top order. Our only criticsm would be that some of the hotels provide standard, rather than superior rooms. On our next trip to your delightful country we will most definately call on your services but will use 4 star hotels. Hi,

Although we didn't contact you directly (your services were booked by Orbita, a portuguese travel agency) we would like to thank you for the excellent 3 weeks holiday that you provided us last March.

The hotels were very good and the homestays exceeded our expectations. The food was just delicious. We had no problem at all in eating vegetarian. The guides and drivers were great, friendly and helpful, especially M. Manh in Sapa, who was incredibly professional and made sure that our needs were met at all times. Although we enjoyed the all trip very much, the tour in Sapa was the one that we liked most.

We were just a little disapointed with the program change made in Cat Ba island. We just stayed overnight there. For some reason (which we couldn't understand) we had to come back to Halong early in the morning instead of doing the long treck in the island. It was a pitty. Cat Ba is so beautiful.

Vietnam will stay in our hearts!
