We have recently returned from our third trip to Vietnam arranged once again by TNK Travel's staff, Luu Vo, Dac Danh and hosted by our wonderful guide "JJ" and excellent driver in HCMC and our great guide Quyen and terrific driver Thanh in Hanoi. All your staff are so reliable, helpful, courteous and informative. We always enjoy their company so much and really miss them when we have to part. Thank you so very much for another excellent holiday, great hotels and a wonderful tour. Each time we visit we include new locations and we will return again and will certainly use the services of TNK. Thank you also for the souvenir gift it is very thoughtful.

We found Miss Vo to be the best Agent we have come across in Vietnam. She was very helpful in every way and helped us with any problems we had.

I would like to express my thanks to TNK for the nice tours on 28 and 29 March, for my friend and I. The tour guide Mr Thong was very good in explaining the history and entertaining in his humorous way for the Cu Chi tunnel and Cao Dai Temple . My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Good job!

Also, in our tour group on the 28 March to Cu Chi and Cao Dai, with Thong as our guide, there was an American Chinese, who happens to be working in Singapore. We would like to enquire for this friend's contact or email, so that we can keep in touch in Singapore. Hope you can help us!

Good morning,

Yesterday we arrived back form our most enjoyable holiday in Vietnam and we would like to thank you for all your help and assistance in arranging this trip for us.

Some comments :

• We were very happy with the transfers provided – all good cars, with careful and polite, friendly drivers
• The Grand Hotel in Saigon was very nice and in an excellent location for both shopping and sightseeing
• The Quoc Hoa Hotel in Hanoi was also very pleasant and comfortable with very friendly staff and also in a first class location in the old quarter allowing us to easily walk around and enjoy this fascinating area.
• The Bai Tho Junk tour was absolutely first class – lovely accommodation, very friendly staff and excellent food
• We were very glad to helped us choose to stay at the Ana Mandara in Nha Trang – a superb hotel and we really enjoyed our rest and relaxation there
• Our tour to the tunnels at Cu Chi was memorable with an excellent tour guide and driver

I’d like to make special mention of two of your staff – Dac Danh who handled the final part of our booking was very thorough and helpful and Hian (Moon) who was our tour guide to Cu Chi was very interesting and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. They both speak excellent English which made it much easier for us.

I note from some of the reviews on sites like Trip Advisor that some people have complained about your company and your service. I have posted a review to let people know how good we have found your services. The link is below.

I would make only one suggestion – the payment procedure is quite complicated and I believe you would get more overseas customers if you were able to accept credit card payments online.

Thank you once again to you and your staff for a wonderful visit to Vietnam. We loved your country and would like to come back again and see more of it as well as Cambodia and if we do I will most certainly be in touch with you again. In the meantime I will be recommending you to any of our friends who want to visit Vietnam.

Thank you for a very successful tour. The clients were very satisfied ! Mr Ky was excellent as was his assistant, Khan(?). The transport, accommodation, and the food provided was very good. Your staff support was outstanding and the organisation of the various stages went smoothly; a testament TNK travel.

I would like to change a few aspects of the itinerary for our proposed tours for next year. I will forward some ideas at a later stage.

We are currently determining our dates for next year and will let you know as soon as possible.

This is some feedback from our trip to Vietnam.

* Ms Luu Vo - excellent, very keen to help and accommodate us.

* HCMC tour & Mekong Delta - excellent. Tam was a very good guide and is obviously proud of his country and its heritage. Our driver/s were also excellent.

* Hue and Hoi An - our guide Lam, was a very nice person, but his pronounciaton of English was poor and he was difficult to understand. Content of the tour was good and driver was excellent.

* Hanoi - Accommodation was the poorest of our tour, but it was only for one night and it was almost like living in a tube house. Our guide, Long, was excellent.

* All transfers were very good and flights with Vietnam Air was excellent.

* Lunches - they were very good. Two were much the same (Elephant ear fish) and they were both in the Mekong, but they were all of a high standard.

* Cu Chi tour - for my wife, this was a highlight and it was everything she could have wished for because she teaches Vietnamese history.

We were very happy with your service and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to other travellers.

My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him.
