Dear Ms. Luu Vo, we are now back in Italy and we took with us very nice memories of Vietnam. We are very satisfied with the service your agency offered to us during the tour: very good guides, confortable cars, water at our disposal. Just to help you to offer a better service to your future clients and travellers, we wish to submit you our comments for 2 things that could be improved: 1. the Halong Bay cruise with Paloma: they just showed us two of the many attractions of the bay: one cave and Ti Top Island. We expected to see something more, otherwise we could have seen the same things on a daily trip, without spending the night on the boat. 2. Cuu Long Resort in Phu Quoc: the hotel is very old and not well mantained. The service is poor, the food is expensive for the quality offered, the staff hardly understands English. Next time, be sure that your clients are aware of what this resort has to offer. Maybe we would have spent a better time in Mui Ne. Please, don't take this comments as a claim: we are really happy of the overall quality of your package tour and this comments are just to let you know our last feed back. Kind regards Paola & Renato

My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him. Hi all I write you just to comment our recent trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. On Vietnam´s two legs of the trip, we asked tnk travel to organize for us some smaller trips : Mekong delta 2 days, out to Cambodia, Sapa 2 days, halong bay, and also little things like "we need a Hanoi - Hue train ticket". We combined all of this with our self-made own itinerary, and all worked fine, except halong bay (but for bad weather), and even then, they promtply called us and they looked for alternatives for us. Even saying we normally prefer to travel by ourselves, we found Tnk travel very helpfull and usefull for us Thanks a lot

Halong Bay is around 180km due East of Hanoi, about 3-4 hour drive way. This region, "the Bay of the Descending Dragon", is dotted with more than 3,000 mountainous islands, each with its own unique landscape. The islands are famous for their dolomite and limestone rock formations, many of which have been given names. Natural grottos, fjords, land tunnels and inlets are also common. During the Vietnam War, numerous large ships sailed through the open waters of the bay and now an excursion by junk, cruises or fishing boat gives you the memorable experience of sailing past silent, sea-girt caves and around the spectacular formations, tasting fresh and authentic Vietnamese cuisines, breathing cool breezing from the Gulf of Tonkin and enjoying a romantic night with your sweet hearts under the starry sky. Day 1 : HaNoi - Ha Long Bay - Onvernight on Junk ( L / D )
Pick up at 8h00 am at the lobby of your hotel, you leave Hanoi arriving at the jetty around 12:30 pm. Welcome on board of Bai Tho Junk and set sail through the bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth.
After lunch, we cruise to the inside of magical landscape of Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Binh Phong mountain, Sung Sot Cave, Round over Titov Beach. Enjoy sunset on the top of the Titov mountain or you take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnels with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on board Junk, enjoy dinner on boat.
Day 2 : Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi ( B / L )
Rise to the sound of the ocean coming to life for another lovely day. Before breakfast, you may have an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, we cruise to the Bai Tho Mountain in the other beautiful Bai Tu Long Bay and we cruise back to the Halong dock. Lunch on boat before checkout is at 11:45. Boat arrive at harbor by 12:00 .Free time for shopping .12h45 get in bus for the drive back to Hanoi. Drop you at your hotel
