1. Hotel Room type's definition :

- Single room : has a single bed to accommodate one person.
- Double room : has a large bed, big enough for to accommodate two persons.
- Twin room : has two single beds.
- Triple room : has either one single bed and one large bed to accommodate three people, or three single beds.

2. What does the "R.O.H" mean ?
The "R.O.H" means "Run of House" implying the stardard room offered to guests available by different room type Single/Double/Twin.
3. How does the hotel recognize me when I check ?
- Simply show your "Hotel Voucher" to the reception desk or give them your Booking Confirmation No since we use the hotel confirmation code as youre your booking reference.
- Kindly present your passport for check in formality.
4. What is the check in and check out time ?
- Check in : from 12 : 00 at midday
- Check out : before 12 : 00 at midday
5. Can I ask for an early check in or late check out ?
It depends on the hotel policies and the availability, there is usually a surcharge of 50% of room rate applied on requests.
