My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him. Please send him our regards.

Hello TNK

I would like to express my thanks to TNK for the nice tours on 28 and 29 March, for my friend and I. The tour guide Mr Thong was very good in explaining the history and entertaining in his humorous way for the Cu Chi tunnel and Cao Dai Temple . My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Good job!

Also, in our tour group on the 28 March to Cu Chi and Cao Dai, with Thong as our guide, there was an American Chinese, who happens to be working in Singapore. We would like to enquire for this friend's contact or email, so that we can keep in touch in Singapore. Hope you can help us!

Just a short note to say thank you for your very professional services provided to the Australian Air Dispatch Association (ADAA) reunion in Saigon and the tours you arranged for us during the two weeks we were in Vietnam. The guides were very good and spoke good english which assisted us very much, they were very knowledgeable about the country and its people. Your charges for the services provided were very modest and much better than those offered by companies based here in Australia.

All guides were excellent and the service your company provided was of the top order. Our only criticsm would be that some of the hotels provide standard, rather than superior rooms. On our next trip to your delightful country we will most definately call on your services but will use 4 star hotels. We will also recommend your agency to our many friends who I'm sure will be heading to Vietnam over the next few years.

As I tell everyone, TNK is the best outfit in Vietnam! Martin says he is hoping to go to Cambodia on his next trip. Can you help in Cambodia?

Cambodia Exclusive 5-day tour

Dear Nhu Y,

After our initial misunderstanding over payment (my fault entirely), I would like you to know that the tour went excellently. A friendly & helpful guide in Phnom Penh made our day both pleasant & informative, even if we were rather devastated by the Killing Fields & S21. Although they are hard to take, we think everyone should see them to understand what happened in Kampuchea. Our guide in Siem Reap, Marouan, & his driver were if anything even better and our trips around the Angkor complex were absolutely unforgettable. The Hotel Salina in Siem Reap was good value for money, despite being the cheapest available but we were a little disappointed with the Princess in Phnom Penh where we found the food rather poor & the staff rather disinterested. We recognise this is also the cheapest option but clearly does not match up to the budget hotels we stayed in throughout our 4 weeks in Vietnam. Our only small problem was that the advertisement on your website suggests lunch is provided everyday although, on checking your acknowledgement, it was not listed. Perhaps someone could correct the website.

Hi Winston – a note of thanks for our wonderful trip to Vietnam. Everything went without a hitch – absolutely superb !!! The guides were fantastic as was the country and all the places we went and people we met. The trip covered a variety of sites, activities and experiences so I congratulate you on organizing it for us.

I have only one comment to make and that’s regarding tipping the tour guides. As we don’t tip in Australia , nor do the Vietnamese, but considering the poor wages we had no idea what to tip and we couldn’t tip the guide without the driver. Perhaps giving some guide to future travelers would be of benefit. We overtipped in the beginning but got it figured out by the end after asking Mr Danh & Mr Trang. Also we weren’t sure about tipping the boat drivers considering we were the only ones on the boat eg on Perfume River and Halong Bay.

This is a trivial issue in the big scheme of things so I want to make more the point about the fabulous timing and thought you put into our time there. Again , many thanks.
